We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be at least 75% full
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that have been opened and used beyond sampling (less than 75% full)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

Pack your items securely and drop off at any authorized shipping location.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days (may take additional time to appear on your statement)
  • Affirm purchases: Refunded according to Affirm's policies
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
